Information we collect
When you request service, we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your request. Our website also collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytics tools.
How we use it
To schedule and perform work, send appointment confirmations and arrival notifications, maintain your equipment's service history, invoice you, and — only if you opt in — send seasonal maintenance reminders. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, payments, messaging), each bound to use it only for our work.
Text messages and calls
If you provide a phone number, we may call or text about your specific appointment (confirmations, arrival windows, technician details). Marketing texts are sent only with your separate consent, and every one includes a way to stop them.
Retention and security
Service records are retained while you remain a customer and for the period Nevada contractor regulations require. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as Nevada law requires.
Your choices
