Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

The basics

These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your signed service agreement or approved quote, the services provided by Meridian Air Systems, LLC (NV Contractor Lic. #0087412). Using the site or booking service means you accept them.

Quotes and pricing

Published “from” prices are honest starting points, not teasers, but every home is specific: your binding price is the flat-rate quote presented before work begins, and no work starts without your approval. Diagnostic fees are stated up front and credited to repairs as described on the relevant service page.

Guarantees and warranties

Repairs carry a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty. Installations carry the manufacturer's parts warranty (which we register for you) plus our workmanship warranty and the ±2° room-to-room balance guarantee, each as written in your installation contract. Guarantees assume reasonable operating conditions and access to the equipment.

Scheduling

Same-day service is guaranteed for cooling emergencies called in before 2 p.m. and honored for later calls as capacity allows. Arrival windows are estimates; we send a 30-minute-out notification so you are not hostage to a four-hour window. You may cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge with 2 hours' notice.

Website

Site content is provided for general information about our services and is not engineering advice for your specific system. We may update content, prices, and these terms at any time; changes apply from posting. All site content is ours and may not be scraped or republished commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent Nevada law allows, our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing reduces the protections Nevada contractor law gives you, including recovery fund rights administered by the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Disputes

Talk to us first — (702) 555-0164 reaches the owner's office, and most issues end there. Failing that, disputes are governed by Nevada law with venue in Clark County.
